Various methods are employed to achieve designs for tooling. Scanning of existing panels to produce 3D CAD data or taking simple splashes from existing panels. Different mediums for tooling can be utilised such as steel, composite board, GRP or MDF skeleton tools dependant on volume complexity and client’s budget.

Tooling is designed and manufactured in-house and is tailored to the customers project requirements.
