We design and manufacture jigs and fixtures to assess the functionality, and effects of tolerancing and nominal gap and flush conditions, on various closure features. This includes side door drop glass, bodyside door sealing and aperture gauges for the Windscreen, Roof, Tailgate, Head Lamp & Tail Lamp. We can achieve a highly accurate, reusable framework made from light weight carbon fibre.

We also have CMM fixtures to dry build closure panel assemblies in nominal and measure the assembly. Our CNC machining fixtures hold panels for CNC machining of EOP & hole features.
