Our CNC machining capabilities can deliver a wide range of services from small jigs, fixtures, and scale models to tooling programmes. With many years of experience in delivering full size properties, models, prototypes, components and environmental cubes, using a range of lightweight model board, steel, clay, and foam materials, ensuring your requirements are met with the highest quality standards. 

Our skilled team create Hammerforms using ‘A’ surface data and create metal forming tools. Tooling moulds are measured at the highest level of accuracy for parts manufactured in glass and carbon fibre. 

We have invested in the latest CNC precision machining technology with two new Belotti Sky Series 5-axis high speed gantry machining centres which are located at our Herald Way site, plus a Mecof at Doyle Drive which can machine properties up to 12.5m, with unmatched precision and incredible speed.

We offer CNC inspection and work to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001.
