Our latest investment is a state-of-the-art embroidery machine in our in-house Trim Studio. This further expands and enhances the already extensive range of services already available to our customers.

Purpose of Investment

Having embroidery as an in-house service enhances the production capabilities of our Trim Studio. With this addition, we can streamline processes, increase efficiency, and expand our creativity on all projects. By doing embroidery in-house it eliminates the need to separate the project components and transport them between different companies. It also increases the security of the project restricting the number of people who have visibility of the components and saves time and money.

About the Machine

This machine combines innovation and craft, with precision and speed at the core of its design. It can work with a multitude of colours, fabrics, and various pattern sizes. Our specialist trimmers work closely with our CMF team who have the capability to design patterns and artwork, supporting our clients with bespoke embroidery solutions, from company logos to completely bespoke patterns.

About the Trim Studio

Having a dedicated Trim Studio within our facilities is a huge benefit to our clients. Our trimmers have over 85 years combined experience, bringing specialist expertise to support our global clients. We have the capabilities to support design and pattern development for almost every project. Our specialists provide trim solutions for a multitude of sectors from automotive and transportation, to aerospace and marine, to furniture and other lifestyle products.
